Itching before getting ill

I've had COVID 3 or 4 times now , I've started to realise before I get a sore throat I get itchy ( shoulders , chest).

Sat here scratching thinking hope not again I only had it a few weeks ago.

Anyone else?

Yes, me too,every a day or two before having covid my skin is dry and ichy and i am very thirsty. Tested positive 2 weeks ago again.
