Currently have covid even though tests are all negative! I haven't slept in ages and now my breathing is suffering I'm up all night coughing and trying to breath calmly.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can get a good night sleep finally. I'm really struggling

Are you well propped up with pillows and/or have you tried sleeping on your front?

I've tried being propped up but it hasn't helped I just end up with a stiff neck to add to all my other problems

Lie on your front. That’s what they do with Covid patients in hospital to help them breathe.
