Currently having first ever infection with covid and I'm not coping with the nausea and vomiting, which is my main symptom now.

I'm not a big vomiter, its quite rare for me, and it really makes me feel awful when I do. Like a hangover could leave me needing a drip awful.

i was a tiny bit underweight to start with. now I can't really eat, but I'm forcing food down so as not to feel too weak.

Any tips how can I feel stronger when this vicous circle. Lying in bed I don't vomit, but any activity especially in the car, its horrific

When I had Covid last year my symptoms were only horrible nausea, nonstop, it felt like a constant morning sickness for about 2-3 weeks.
What surprisingly worked for the nausea was Ibuprofen.
Since this Saturday I feel very similar, it comes in waves, but not vomiting. I tested myself 4x between now and Sat and negative. I wonder if I have it too, it’s actually the very same week like last years.
