I started with symptoms over a week ago and tested positive at the end of last week. Felt really unwell for at least 4 days but then started to feel a little better. I returned to work at the end of this week but since yesterday my sore throat has returned and my body aches so much.
Am I expecting too much and to feel better too quickly?

It took me a full two weeks both times. Don't push yourself too hard, I was surprised by how exhausted it made me.

I tested negative from Thursday, this is the 4th time I've had it but I don't remember previously feeling better but then feeling rough again.

My body feels like lead today!

That sounds really rubbish! I imagine your body is just letting you know it needs to rest.

do you know how/where you got it?

stiltonbriecheddar · 05/08/2023 15:59

I picked it up from work definitely!

I hope you feel better soon! I'm on day 4 and my throat is really sore, not so tired though.

I got covid for the fourth bloody time now. I don't know where I've got it from this time. Started to feel unwell on Saturday and it still kicking my arse. I've got two small children I really need to be feeling better by now. Is there anything I can do to hurry it along?!
