Hey all, after COVID many things changed. I understand, that the world has gone online practically in many areas, however, I feel a bit intimidated by going to set up online sessions with a therapist to treat my anxiety. Of course, I could do that in the traditional way, after all, COVID is over! But I have relocated to a rural distant area, where long travels are quite troubling.
