When does infectiousness tail off?

Can anyone help me with the stats for how long you remain highly infectious, moderately infectious etc? I don't mean the government guidance for how long to stay home or avoid people, but the actual data.

My home educated teen started symptoms Sunday and later tested positive. She feels fine, with the sniffle and sore throat fading already. For the next couple of weeks she has no plans she is desperately keen to do, but there are various activities she'd enjoy moderately, some indoors, some outdoors. It isn't a huge issue to stay home, but of course I don't want to shut her up for ages beyond the point when she's likely to pass Covid on to others.

Also we are eager to keep away from each other within the family until she's at low risk of passing it on. We are going to a crowded week-long camp in three weeks' time which we are REALLY looking forward to, so I am trying not to have Covid then.

Thanks!
