This was a Twitter thread for ME sufferers, but I thought it might also be helpful for those suffering from fatigue post covid. It's not like normal 'tiredness' at all.

It's not the same as being tired. Yes, that's what I've tried to explain, but even I didn't really understand it.

I've currently got pneumonia, possibly caused by Covid - and that absolutely bone weary exhaustion resonates so well. Even when I'm lying in bed, I feel exhausted!

It is a very different feeling from tiredness. I know what you mean, OP.
