How long to test negative?

For those who have had covid recently, just wondered how long it has taken to test negative?
I tested positive on Monday evening (symptoms from Monday morning but didn't test till the evening). Still positive today and if anything the line looks stronger.

Third time having it. Second time i tested negative on day 5 (and a half!) but this time doesn't feel as bad.

Day 14. Even though I felt fine from about day 6. But as long as you test positive, you're still contagious.

Sorry to hear it's your third time. Be careful not to overdo things and once you're recovered, keep a close watch for potential symptoms of heart attack and stroke as the risk increases when you've had COVID.

Very very faint line on day 6. Haven’t tested again since then. Still have coldy symptoms and am on day 11.

Did you isolate at all? and if so are you still or did you just isolate for the recommended 5 days?

AFAIK, 1/3 of people are negative by day five.

I was still testing positive on day 11 so I stopped testing after that and went back to normal. The only symptom I had at that stage was a cough and tiredness.

DM and I had Covid last month.
I tested negative on Day 6.
DM tested negative on day 20.

I tested negative on day 11 and husband on day 16 !

I was still quite positive on day 9 last week but stopped testing. NHS staff guidance is you can return to walk at day 10 if testing positive as long as asymptomatic

Tested negative on day 4 (if day 1 is the day after positive test?) Don't feel totally better though. It was mild.

I’m currently LFT positive since Monday (27/03) I’ve been testing LFT negative since Wednesday but still very much symptomatic with fever, cough, loose stool, lost my voice and snotty. Last time it took a solid week to show negative
