Got Covid this week and rather stupidly suspect I've taken too much Sinex!
Last few nights I've been wide awake (think Sinex has an ingredient that keeps you awake) and in addition, having pulsating tinnitus predominately in my left ear but can hear it when I turn over to my right ear too.
Looked it up and tinnitus can be caused by some decongestants and I'm sure all the congestion in my head doesn't help either.
Anyway, I've now ditched the Sinex and am back to good old fashioned vapour rub and steaming. But I am not looking forward to going to bed tonight!
Has anyone else experienced this? Hoping that once the Sinex/Covid is out of my system, I'll be ok!
