DD was unwell for about 8 days starting early last week. I tested on day one (for seeing grandparents just in case) - negative. Symptoms continued with congestion, runny nose, slight cough and then super super snotty all week and tired but I assumed it was a cold. Anyway I started feeling unwell on Tuesday, realised I couldn’t smell or taste much. Tested DD again as thought perhaps she’s had Covid, it came us very very faintly positive. Tested myself - negative. She’s now negative too.

i am now 3 days In with body aches, runny nose, intense headache, nausea, slight cough. Very limited taste and smell. Surely this is Covid? Tested three times and all negative but is this a thing now that the tests don’t work?!

It’s called a cold. People have been having them for years. Stay warm and hydrated, paracetamol helps. Hope you’re feeling better soon.

Lol, positive test for me tonight so I think it’s not a ‘bad cold’ but thanks for that well wishes. I’ve had it twice before and so this seems milder but hope it stays that way!!
