Abdominal weirdness

Yet another covid question.
has anyone had a weird stomach with covid/post covid?
by weird I mean sharp pain on my left side (upper abdomen) and a gripey churning stomach generally. No D or V, just nausea on and off. Currently entering 5th week with these symptoms. Yawn.

I had vomiting day 1 and 2 of infection. Still nausea occasionally on day 6.

I had really sharp pain in my left side around day 9-10 of positive COVID tests (sore throat had finished by day 5, that was my only COVID symptom). Thought it might be a kidney stone but scans were clear. The pain passed after 2 days.

Suggest taking a course of probiotics because covid can linger in the gut.

@YearoftheRabbit23 thank you. I will try that

Are you having plenty of fluids? Managing to eat things with fibre in? I had similar pain that came and went, GP said it was (sorry if tmi) likely poo going round the corner of the colon. Haven't had it since I increased fluids and fibre, although she suggested adding a stool softener as well.
