Now negative but still exhausted ?

Finally tested negative at the weekend, 10 days after poisitive result. I've still got a bit if a cough which I'm not too concerned about, but the fatigue is awful! It seems to come and go, almost as if I feel exhausted only on alternate days. I felt fine yesterday. Today I feel so drained and weak.

Anyone had the same? How long is it likely to take to full recovery?

I feel just the same! Tested negative yesterday, went back to office today and I’m shattered. Felt better at the weekend just gone, oddly. Have so much to catch up on, really want to feel uncomfortable to it all!

Same here. I have so much work to catch up on but I don't feel capable of doing anything!

listen to your body and pace yourself/return to activity slowly, this is why long covid is so common as people try to get back to work too soon.

I’m still testing positive & I’m so exhausted. Just doing to dishes wore me out I had to rest and that’s with sleeping most of the day.
