Infectious?

Tested positive last Thursday
Finally got a negative today, still have semi strong cold like symptoms.
Am I still contagious? I want to work but obviously not keen to spread it if I still have it. I've lost track if the advice

If you still have symptoms you should really stay home
And you need rest too
But people will be on here telling you,
‘It’s fine, i dont isolate at all’

All down to conscience i guess

Absolutely, it's all so deliberately vague and obviously people need to work so are scared not to.
I'm totally negative now but still not feeling 100% however that could go on for ages for all I know.
I've got masks, hand washing and coworkers know so fingers crossed for getting back to normal.
A week in bed wouldn't go amiss but single parent so that was never gonna happen
