Still infectious?

I know technically I don't have to isolate but just curious as I've been avoiding food shopping etc
(I'm CEV and wouldn't morally want to give this to anyone as it's been awful)

Positive 27th dec
Negative 1st Jan
Negative 2nd Jan
Rebounded (anti virals) with symptoms 5th Jan
Positive 6th Jan

So day 14, still snotty/sore throat etc and glaring positives LFT

I think you're right to keep out of circulation if you can- you can't know if infectious still really but 'glaring positive' LFT could reflect high viral load.

hope you feel better soon.

There's more than one variant circulating, I suspect you got unlucky.

There's also horrible non covid bugs about

Apparently you’re only infectious for five days, that’s the guidance now. It’s five day isolation. This makes sense as with colds you’re infectious the first three days.

I can be quite specific luckily! Caught it Christmas Day, and haven't been out since except the day I was negative to get a Starbucks drive thru BlushGrin mostly because I've been too unwell
