Abdominal pain and vertigo

Has anyone had this with Covid? I had awful abdo pain all day yesterday, especially after eating, but no D&V. This morning I am really off balance, with nausea-inducing vertigo.

It just seems a random combination of symptoms so wonder if it could be covid?

Thinking about it I have felt not quite right for 2 or 3 days, muscle pain at night and also multiple wake ups, slight insomnia.

So odd.

A couple of people I know had those issues with gallstones. The stones emit toxins which cause the vertigo.

Thank you, that's interesting to know. This vertigo thing won't leave me alone, so hard to work! Waiting for a GP call back.

I find my vertigo effects my stomach. Then there's the horrible travel sickness feeling from the vertigo too. Defo was worse with Covid x
