Line seemed quite faint - negative on one but faint line on another. I have cold symptoms and a chesty cough.

Yes. Mine was like that and the next day clearer.

Usually a faint line still means positive. Hope u are on your feet soon.

Throat LFT picked up nothing.

im also positive, have different boxes of LFTs from gov….some are throat and nose others nasal only?
did your tests instructions say to do throat only?

One test was nasal only from a Surescreen brand, the other was a throat swab only from the NHS blue and white boxes

Positive faint line on the surescreen nasal negative on the throat one

I'm on day 4 and it's getting feinter again.

I thought I had dodged it, had covid in the house 2 weeks ago and didn't get it!
Suppose it's better to have it now than later this week. Hopefully I'll be negative by next weekend and can see family.

Started with sore throat middle of the week, thought I just had a head cold, have been testing since I had symptoms for work. Ive started to feel shivery and a bit crap this afternoon. But I'd say it's more like a bad cold than anything else.

The NHS ones in the blue and white box are throat AND nose

Positive but likely clear in a day or two, there is a lot of Covid around currently

The NHS ones with long swabs are both but the short swab ones are nose only, aren't they?

The black lined ones always leave a faint line, waste of time. These are nose only. My nose and throat (red line) were negative

Omg I hate these ones! I've never had a clear test on these!

@whatdoyousee hello - hope your feeling okay. How long was this test laid out? Only asking because I done one before bed waited 30 mins it was negative went to bed woke up and the line had evaporated to look positive. So don't another and was negative xxx

day 3 for me

I'm day 5 and its feint and taking a while to show up. In fact I thought it was negative until I waited longer ... probably 10 minutes? And then it showed feintly. I feel fine.
