Covid - inflamed chest second time around?

Did a test earlier today as my chest /lungs feel 'inflamed' and sore. Bright red line, so presume I'm at the peak. Has anyone else had this symptom? Obviously everyone is different, but how long did it feel sore? First time round I had mild symptoms.

Hi, sorry that you’re unwell. Yes I had this symptom first time round back in July, it is not very nice! I was told by my gp to rest and take paracetamol for the pain. Sorry to say mine lasted for 4 weeks then suddenly stopped. My doctor did say it can last up to 4 weeks! I also suffered from loss of taste and brain fog, fever, head ache, so it was a bad infection. I am fully vaccinated and quite fit and healthy, but middle age!

I've had it, although not this year. Feels hot and burning. Also lasted 4 -5 weeks.
