Nausea anyone?

Hi all, well I'm on day 7 on my journey , by and large I've been improving every day. Since day 6 though I've had a pretty constant feeling of nausea, not actually being sick and no upset stomach, just a feeling that I want to be sick. Has anyone else had this and have any tips? Many thanks

I have similar. It feels a bit like nagging, constant, lowish level nausea for me. Sometimes during the day it's a bit worse and makes me retch - usually after I've bent down too many times. I've tried the usual ginger etc, but the only thing that staves it off for a bit with me is carby food.

Hey, yes same here, a kind of constant nagging sick feeling, eating does seem to help a little for a few hours. Then a couple of hours ago is came creeping back and my head feels a bit "full" too. Seems neverending!

Yes I'm having this too. I feel low level queasy etc. I would say that I am also snotty as hell right now and I'm used to feeling queasy when I have head colds maybe something about balance/sinuses?

I am OP. No appetite and the thought of eating is giving me the boke. Very boring!

Well I'd say the crazy nausea seemed to last about 3-4 days then it just kind of stopped. I'm day 9 now and tested negative now, still feel a bit headachy and tired, bit of a cough but by and large much better

I've just managed to have some noodles after only nibbling on a few biscuits today - man they taste so salty 🤔

Tested positive for the first time this morning. It was that feeling of morning sickness nausea that nade me wonder if it was covid (no sore throat or persistent cough). My period also came early (unheard of).
