Had Covid for the second time 3 weeks ago and have had a common cold ever since. Steady stream of constant snot and pretty fed up as stopping me sleeping. Anyone else had this and any top tips? Obviously taking cold and flu stuff but not really touching the sides!!

Hello. Im currently recovering from Covid - and have been really ill with it for two weeks. Nothing helped at all. Then someone told me about Vitamin C saturation........... its amazing. You'll need to buy some stuff but its not too expensive and it most definitely works! Get better soon!

Rzim - I forgot to say................. 2g every hour until "poogate" has been suggested to me as a better idea than 10g. x
