How to keep family from getting it

Two days ago I got a positive test, but no one else in my family have got it yet. I don't live in the UK and we still have isolation measures, so I am isolating (seven days here). I have decamped into my son's bedroom, and am trying to do all I can to make sure they don't catch it (mask when I leave the room, handwashing, windows open). So far so good. But does anyone have any other tips, and ideas about when it is safe(r) for us to be together again. Last time we all got it within days of each other, but that was because my son was ill first, and I was with him the whole time (he was quite unwell).

I would say after a week. Can you do a LFT?
