My 3 yo tested positive on Friday, after a weekend of been hung to me like a koala I have now started with a faint line.

Will we just keep passing it backwards and forwards to one another?

Or doesn't it matter now because he's had it and now I have it?

This is probably a stupid question so apologies in advance!

You'll both be immune for a period of months. Everyone I know catches it every 4-6 months 🙄

It dies depend on whether new strains cone out but at least you'll have no worries over Christmas.

Hope you're feeling OK.

Like any virus, at some point your immune system will beat it. You're not likely to be reinfected soon afterwards because you'll have protection from the immune reaction for some time.

Arenanewbie · 31/10/2022 08:52

No you won’t be reinfected from each other.

Thanks everyone.

It's just hard with him being small, literally face to face all the time. So just wanted to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong. Not that I have much choice.

Only had it in June! Everyone I know has it currently so it's hardly surprising.
