Although symptoms started couple of days back. I have had two jabs albeit a year back..haven't had the booster. I've had covid after the two vaccines...but slightly worried if I'll go downhill...anyone had it recently with two vaccines?

I had it last month whilst on holiday in Florida.

20 weeks pregnant at the time, had both jabs plus booster.

Awful sore throat and headache, sick a couple of times and felt flu like for a couple of days. After that absolutely fine although I now have the cough and still have it a month later. More annoying than anything.

Hope you feel better soon!

I had it a few weeks ago and have had no jabs. Was just like a mild flu, was sick for about a week first few days being the worst.

@Usernamestillloading as has always been the case, the vast majority of healthy people have no serious issues with covid. Dont let people scare you.

I don’t wouldn’t even think to test! Don’t have any tests for a start!

How have you been @Usernamestillloading ?

we are fully vaccinated but currently have covid for the first time and we’re very ill, although I have read the new strain that’s currently going around us a severe one.

my children normally have 100% attendance rate at school but have already had a week off and don’t look any better, we’re finding we can’t stop sleeping, when awake we’re dizzy and our bodies ache so bad! I’ve also had a pounding headache for the last 5 days.

Allsnotwell · 13/11/2022 10:44

I’ve also had the dizzy sleeping and sickness bug but all Covid tests were negative. I wonder if she has two things going on?

Allsnotwell · 13/11/2022 10:46

My other thought is this - if we test and it’s negative then continue our days - then that strain would be passed on - the other strains would die out effectively.
I tried to see if there’s any recent news but there seems to be no reporting new strains.
