Hey,
Im 24 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from covid all week, tested positive on Monday.
I got a negative yesterday but every time I even get up to go to the bathroom/kitchen ect I’m so breathless.
I can also get up in the morning and an hour or 2 later need to go back to bed for a good few hours.
Due back to work next week, just wondering how long it people to get over it or at least be able to get through the day?
Thnx in advance

I think you should talk to your midwife. Have you got a pulse oximeter to check your oxygen sats?

It does seem to vary a lot how long people take to feel better, but the NHS says tell your midwife if you get covid:

Just to be clear, I would try to talk to a midwife today as you are so breathless.

My oxygen yesterday which was 96, so I thought that wasn’t to bad.
i spoke to the midwife and she said just to rest and keep hydrated.
i think if I’m still like it over the weekend I’ll call 111.
