Is this still COVID?

2 weeks ago I tested positive for Covid, I had it quite mild, scratchy throat, sneezing and tired for a couple of days, I haven't been out since or mixed with anyone (this is relevant) I work from home. Anyway, today 14 days later and testing negative, I have a high temperature, feel really sick, dizzy, have sort of flashing in my eyes (not migraine with aura as I have that, but this was different)

I was so weak I went to get some water on my hands and knees down the stairs, feel really odd and shaking and pains in my ribs at the right side part of my chest, a little like fireworks in my chest. I have taken an aspirin as was worried it may be my heart, (i should say I have high cholesterol and am diabetic with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, but have lost 3 stone and its under control so dont think its related) I am 57 and possibly high risk for cardiac issues but the aspirin seems to have settled it, worried as I took it on an empty stomach.

Anyway my question is, could this be covid related as I havent been anywhere to pick up another infection? Has anyone had similar, recovered quickly, they a couple of weeks later, relapsed?

I'd phone NHS24 and ask them. It could be covid as I have heard some people to be very weak with it. But wouldn't have thought you'd be able to catch it twice so close together.

Call 111. Any chest pains (if that's what you experienced) need to be assessed.
