Cannot stop sweating

I've tested a few times for covid - things came on suddenly a few days ago, whatever bug I have is very weird. One moment I feel fine and then the next my throat is hurting again, I'm lethargic, body aching etc etc. i also cannot stop sweating. Just sitting here my hair is soaked. The underside of my jaw has swollen up too and it looks like I've a large double chin. The area around my liver hurts too 😅 although I'm wondering if it's a pulled muscle from laughing too much the other night. Never experienced that before.

I've run out of tests to test anymore but my current symptoms are not the ones I had when I was testing positive for covid. Anyone else having anything similar ?

Have you spoken to NHS 111? Could be COVID but could also be some kind of infection which could be treated?

No, I didn't think it was necessary to bother 111 tbh. I was thinking it was more of the flu or something. If it doesn't get any better I may do
