Should I call in sick?

I've been in my new job as a qualified accountant for a few weeks, still on probation. Tested positive today and dragging myself through my tasks while WFH. Should I call in sick? I feel nervous as I am so new and on probation. I feel like for a lot of people covid is just a cold. I personally feel ill and exhausted and don't want to prolong being ill more than I need to. I also feel like I can't think clearly. Worried they will think I'm a slacker as it's a very competitive high paying culture. WWYD?
