First timer - sore ribs, no cough

its finally got me, I’m CEV so I’m pretty anxious about it all.
just been like bad flu for me so far but am definitely feeling better each day and more like very heavy cold now.
thing is, my ribs have started to feel very sore. Sides and back, doesn’t correlate with taking deep breaths, it’s almost like that discomfort when you’ve slept funny and your back needs a big stretch. I’d think this was normal if I’d been coughing but I’ve had no cough or chest symptoms at all.
Is this a normal part of covid? Starting to go into overdrive as Google is talking about blood clots and pleurisy 😪

When I had it a few months ago, it started with terrible back pain overnight. It took a couple of days to get any other symptoms. It wasn't until a colleague who had had the same onset symptoms told me that I realised.

So, I think this is quite probably a similar thing, but you could ring 101, given your CEV status..?
