Oxymeter Recommendation Please

This has probably been asked here ad nauseum but search isn't bringing me any decent results. Maybe I'm not using the correct description (entirely possible).

I'm looking for a good oxymeter(?). The thing that doctors put on your finger to measure your blood oxygen levels. Does anyone have a specific brand or direct link to one they can personally recommend? TIA

I've used a Sanitas for the past couple of years but it seems unavailable to buy at the moment. I'd avoid all those weird named ones on Amazon: AILE, LPOW, YUWELL, HOMIEE, NOUSZIEL, CARESHINE, etc that are less than £10.
