It finally got me, really feeling ill to. Felt bad Friday but was negative. Saturday morning got my first positive. The temperatures are insane.

Am I supposed to report my positive test to somewhere now?

No. You don't need to report your test. If you've tested using the ones that were given away earlier in the year, then you CAN go online and report it if you want to. Not sure there's anywhere to report the bought tests too though so I just wouldn't bother.
