Anyone suffering with high temperature?

I am 9 weeks pregnant high temp at the moment cooling myself down with towel. Still feel very hot though. I have temperature strip or anything. But feel it's high.
I have taken paracetamol.

What have you been doing to cool temp?

My temp is back up again and had paracetamol and put something cold to cool me down.
Last time I had Covid it wasn't like this feel worse this time
Anyone having on and off temperature?

I tested positive 24 hours ago, and I have had a high temp (37.9) off and on throughout that time.
Only reason I tested was because I lost my sense of taste and smell suddenly.

I don't have any other symptoms, and feel fine.
