Hi all, I tested positive two weeks ago, tested negative last Monday. Started to feel a bit better so decided I’d do some work from home weds - fri to try and catch up a bit with appointments etc. On Wednesday I felt a bit brain foggy but put it down to getting back into concentrating on work. On Thursday I felt like I’d just come off nights and had to lie down between each teams appointment. On Friday I was tempted to take the day off but I was doing interviews and didn’t want to let my colleague down, which was a huge mistake. It triggered a horrendous migraine, feeling sick, lost my appetite and I can’t sleep. Still having to take paracetamol every 6 hours now to keep on top of it, and I’ve accepted I need more time off work as it’s just not worth feeling this dreadful, and I’m also 27 weeks pregnant and have a two year old. DH has been fab but I am really struggling. Tonight I’m awake because my acid reflux has kicked in with a vengeance any time I try to go to sleep.

has anyone else experienced post covid migraines and how long did they go on for? I think it’s definitely been triggered by sitting at a computer screen, which I can’t avoid as part of my job so if it’s not going to resolve any time soon I will have to get signed off sick now until my mat leave starts!
