This probably sounds a bit bizarre, but has anyone had symptoms start after a positive lft?
DS was first to test positive last Tuesday. I work for the NHS so was doing daily lateral flows from then. Low and behold I had a faint positive lft last Thursday, and I had started to feel dizzy and headachey with a mild sore throat. These symptoms continued, I did another lft on Saturday just out of interest to see if the line had turned darker and it was even fainter. DH then tested positive on Sunday so it has made its way through our household.
On Wednesday I had to do the day 5 test for work which was negative, however that was the day I started feeling poorly. I have had three days now of a ridiculously sore throat, a niggly cough and just generally feeling off. I wondered if I had picked it up from DH and the first one was a false positive, but I’ve tested again today and I’m still negative.
I’m worried about seeing my mum who is CEV. I’ve avoided her since last Tuesday but I was hoping to see her next week. I obviously won’t go if I am still feeling unwell but I’m just not sure what to make of it all! Has anyone else had these weird going’s on? Do I just have the slowest progressing dose of covid ever!!
