Been blowing my nose for 2 weeks help!

Tested positive for Covid last week 😞

I'm ok. Had some bad cough, headaches, and a terrible runny nose that is going nowhere!! Arghhh! Any suggestions to help this?

Sudafed nose spray? It’s helped me, hope you feel better soon

Steam will help. Prepare a large bowl with boiled water into it, then put your face over the bowl with a towel or tea towel in your bent head.
