Back pain with covid

Felt like I have a mild cold for the past two days and did a positive test today for the first time and apart from a sore throat I feel fine but I have the worst lower back ache ever and was wondering if anyone else had the same? Taken some tablets but it isn't shifting.

I had the same with the back pain on the day I tested positive. My legs also ached bad as well as my back, laying on my stomach was the only way I could get some relief

Yes, achey all over on day of positive test. Today (day 3) back pain rife. Lying down is worse it seems, so it's 5am and I've been sitting upright, wide awake since 2am!

Yes and very bad pain in my legs. Lasted about 3 days then like a switch had been thrown, suddenly went.
paracetamol helped a bit.

This was the reason I did a test. So weird. Just really bad lower back pain like a killer period. Also in top of my legs like a killer period. Otherwise pretty fine.
