Babies with covid

Everyone in our house has tested positive this week. I suspect our 3 month old may now have it but I haven't tested her. She has coughed and sneezed a few times and is she hire grizzly. She feels a little hot but no temperature and as feeding normally so far. Im still really worried. Covid has wiped me out this week and it's awful to think of my baby getting it and feeling rotten too. Has anyone else's baby's had it and how did they cope?

We're in a covid positive household here too. Baby is nearly 6 months old. Although I'm recovered now (think it's day 9 for me), was always very mild for me. DH tested positive after me. We haven't tested the baby. It amazes me if he has not had it as not only do I breastfeed but he is a very clingy baby so is always on me, or his dad. So if he has he's been mostly asymptomatic - noticed a few coughs here and there, and a bit of a snotty nose, but hard to know if it's normal or not.
I don't think babies are likely to be very unwell with it? Like us, some exceptions but most will be fine I think.

We didn't rest her, but I'm pretty sure DD2 got COVID when she was 2 days old - DH and I were both positive and she was v congested and snotty. That was literally the only sign though, and she was absolutely fine.

Ds had it at 6 months, I did test him and it was +ve. Had temp for about 36 hours which came down with calpol, bit miserable but that was it. Fed normally. Lasted around 3 days. Nowhere near as unwell as I was.

My 9month old suffered the worst with covid in our household. Horrible fevers, congestion and cough. Poor thing was so miserable and now she has developed Shingles on the back of covid.
I did not know baby’s could get Shingles until now.
