Covid and the heatwave

I'm currently laid up with Covid feeling pretty grim. I am absolutely dreading this heatwave over the next few days while feeling like this. Anyone else worried too?

Yep. Our bedroom gets very hot.
Entire family have it including our 5.5 month old who is breastfeeding. We both have temperatures! It's so horrible!!

It may be difficult to tell if symptoms are covid or heat exhaustion/heat stroke related but it is very worth knowing the signs and symptoms and what to do.

Urgh I've just had a crap time of covid, heat and period! Why are we so badly designed? Couldn't even be ill in bed in peace

I feel for you. Just recovering from Covid and it was miserable these last few days with headache, muscle aches and not sleeping well in this heat.

Ugh I've just realised my AF is due too on Tuesday so I'll have to contend with the night sweats I get before that as well 😩

We are in the same boat. I am alternating between booking and shivering with cold. Feel absolutely awful and crossing everything my temp regulations sorts itself out by Sunday.

No tips unfortunately but I feel for you.
