Long covid - immune system

So I was diagnosed with long covid last winter. Symptoms were severe fatigue, brain fog, loss of taste and smell, constant nausea, amongst other things.

These have no mainly dropped off (apart from I still can't smell, can't taste much, and I have bad short term memory) BUT I'm left with things (that may have been there but unnoticed due to the extremity of the other things) which all are to do with the immune system.

A few things:
> Pitiryasis roses
> Fungal infections taking nails off
> Vitiligo spreading
> Hair breakage
> Thrush during ovulation
> Extra periods

Is anyone experiencing things like this? I take a multivitamin + extra vitamin D. I eat very healthily. I drink lots of water. Etc etc.

Yes! But I've been putting it all down to peri menopause I'm starting to wonder now as I still haven't got my sense of taste back!

That's exactly what I thought was happening to me!! But then with the other stuff I suddenly thought this still must be long covid!!

I knocked my little toe slightly and the nail came clean off.
I also now have urge incontinence after ovulation it feels like I have cystitis it's weird Blush I hope this carry on isn't for life!

Yes I've been getting that too but I suffer with bladder pain syndrome (like chronic cystitis) so thought it was just that flaring!
