Nausea and lower back pain?

I’m on day 4 of Covid and most of my symptoms have gone, but today I have awful lower back pain and nausea. Is this normal? I’m worried it might be a kidney infection as I can’t find much online about Covid and nausea.

This is how I am but have just another negative test. Feel awful however.

Tested positive today and felt groggy for couple of days. I also have bad kidney pain as though I have an infection.
