Day 9/10 experiences

What are peoples experiences with day 9/10 of infections? I am fully vaccinated.

My initial symptoms last week was fever and body aches. A very slight cough that was hardly noticeable. A loss of taste and smell that might be appearing back slowly.

I thought I was on the mend but the exhaustion and tiredness was incredible today. Not only that but I have some fresh body aches mainly in the back. My back feels stiff and sore and weak.
I have some phelym type of feeling at the back of the throat too and it feels like sinitus might be acting up.

Is this what peoples experiences are.

I feel so tired today.

With a loss of taste and smell my diet turned to pure trash. I used to have a lot of vegetables in my diet every day - mushrooms, spinach, carrots. I live vegetable. Just like that my diet went from a good diet to trash - frosties for breakfast instead of my usual stable like eggs and vegetables.

I am drinking water and fluids.
