For me the aches / pains and flu symptoms lifted as quickly as it came, I think around day six. I recommend some floradix tonic to help with the post COVID fatigue that lingers for a week or two after.

I'm not vaccinated and caught it for the first time at the start of June.

I’m day 7 today and feeling worse than I have for the last couple of days. Head and ears really blocked up again, fuzzy light head, chesty cough, absolutely no appetite, strange hot flush feelings, feeling quite anxious and no energy. I really need this gone!

It should pass soon. You’re where I was a week ago and never thought I’d be ok again! Maybe a bit dramatic 🤣
Day 10 and I’m back feeling human and back at work. Still need to not over do it but it’s not the can’t get out of bed fatigue I had last week-never felt anything like it.
Rest as much as you can, don’t push yourself to do too much and plenty of fluids. I also got some vitamins to help with tiredness and fatigue.

Tested positive on Sunday. Ache less today but have only just got showered and dressed. Lolling on sofa watching Pointless. Coughing. Vile taste in mouth. Tea and tap water both disgusting. Almost no sense of smell - I cd just about detect TCP when I sniffed very close to the bottle. Not much fun.

@CocoG06 I tested positive Monday and feel the same. 'Cold and flu capsules' are helping to ease symptoms - I can really feel it when I'm due another dose. Night time cough syrup is helping as well. I was up from 11 to 2 last night coughing.

This is my first time properly ill since having a baby 18 months ago, and I hadn't appreciated how hard it was to take care of a toddler while ill!

I’m on day 7 - I’ve been feeling a little better everyday since day 5. Fever, headaches and sore throat have gone now. I’m just tired and finding it hard to concentrate. I’m still testing positive but definitely feeling much better than I was on day 4.
