Anyone else had or has this with covid??? I can't work out if it is covid that is causing my pain or I have hurt myself the few days before symptoms started. My lower back on both sides and then up as far as bottom of ribs is so painful I can barely touch it. I am struggling to bend over or kneel down. Constant pain and nothing is working.

I have covid now and yes had very painful lower back. The only thing I've found that helps is Deep Freeze cold gel. Feelsespecially nice if you apply and then let a fan blow on it!

I'm the same! I had a wheat bag on it last night! What a time to get bloody covid, during a bliminin heatwave. How is your throat ? Mine is like I have been gargling ground glass. It is so so sore 😭

I was sick last week with fever and pain and a covid positive result on two tests.

I had lower back pain and side pains. I was so sore. My back felt so weak.

So maybe it is covid. The plan is to move round more rather than sitting as that seems to be making it worse. No sore throat thankfully although constant nausea.

I've got lower back pain from covid as well. Lying down seems to help, and sitting up in bed makes it worse. Cold and flu capsules are helping.
