Skin rash covid

Tested positive on Tuesday. Had slight fever, achy body and cold type symptoms for 4 days. Now red spots have appeared on my thighs on day 5.
Anyone else have this related to covid?

Looks very similar to the type of blotchy red rash that appeared on the tops of both of my feet on days 3-5. My fingers were also sore. Now day 6 and both have gone. Covid is such a weird virus!

What day did you start testing negative from?
