Spiking fevers two days after first fever

I found a fever of 38.3 to 38.5 on Monday afternoon. It went up after paracetamol to 38.8/38.9.

Tuesday morning the fever was 39.1 and 39.2. I took medicine and it stayed down for the whole entire day and in fact it stayed down for 24 hours.

I found a fever of 38 this morning. I took two paracetamol this morning and it came down.

I am just after finding another fever again.

I don't feel very unwell or ill. I have some body aches.

I got 4 vaccines with the 4th in February.

I find this so weird. Fever on Monday. Settled yesterday. More fever today.

Did anyone else feel fevers like this? Up and down fevers for a few days?

How long does covid fever last?

I read on another thread that typically covid fever last for about the forest two days. I am on day number 3 and there's a fever. The fever/temperature was low today and then it spiked again this evening.

Is this typical for covid fever? To go on for days?

I'm on day 6. Temperature is still over 38, comes down with paracetamol but after 3 hours it goes up again. Feel knackered, occasional cough but not too bad.
Don't know what to do about work.

I don't feel very unwell or ill.

Why made you take your temperature?

My belly was warm on Monday.

I also have a different condition and I am prone to infections. I was going through a flare since last week and I was monitoring my temperature regularly. I found a fever.

I'm currently taking antibiotics for my condition/flare and now I have covid on top of it.
