Hi
I tested positive yesterday. What are your thoughts on still sending DS, 9 showing no symptoms & tested negative- to both Cubs tomorrow evening & a kids party at weekend? Assuming he’s still testing negative? Thanks.

Re Cubs, I would contact them in advance and ask what their policy is in this situation. I would definitely not send your DS if he is showing symptoms, even if a test comes back negative.

Re the party, I would ask the parent hosting, making clear that you completely understand if they'd prefer you not to send him. Again, don't send him if he shows any symptoms, even if it's just mild cold symptoms.

As above ask
I am involved in a kids sports club and rules now would be we say to come if no symptoms etc, as many prob do but always best to check as you don't know who is attending that may be more at risk
But they are I guess going to school etc ,

I agree with this. Cases are soaring and the latest variant is more serious, I think it is good to be sensible and considerate.
