Wednesday my son wasn’t feeling too great, we assumed it was him being overtired and possibly a bit of a cold. (No idea when this started as he was away for half a week on a school trip). Thursday he was feeling very rough, tested him and two lines came up straightaway on both tests. Thursday evening/early hours of Friday morning he was extremely poorly (it was horrendous). Since Friday he’s been absolutely fine, but the lines on tests are getting stronger, today being the darkest lines yet. I know some people have the virus and no symptoms but he had the symptoms and they’ve now gone, so although I know the virus is still in his body I would have thought the lines would either stay the same strength or lessen in colour… Or does it not work like that? Do the lines come up stronger the more/stronger the virus is in your body (like a pregnancy test)? Or it just varies from test to test?
Hopefully my post even makes sense as I’m half asleep 😅
