Anyone else tummy off since testing positive?

I had symptoms from last Tuesday night and tested positive on Wednesday.
Had the normal symptoms, flu like, headaches, exhaustion, achy etc now it’s more like a mild head cold.
However, since Saturday I have had a loose tummy.
I do already suffer from IBS but was actually fine during the worst of it but now tummy feels very u settled with mushy poop and nausea.
Is this common with Covid?
Anyone else had this?

I'd like to know too as I feel like the early weeks of pregnancy.

Yeah I had/have exactly this. I'm on day 9 and feel fine except for my tummy and a horrible taste in my mouth

I had this for the first four days. Still feel a bit odd about certain foods but tummy has settled now. I also have a horrid taste in my mouth.

Dh and I both had D&V with covid. He had more D, I had more V. I could barely eat for more than a week.
