Late ovulation & period after Covid?

For context.. normally my periods are like clockwork (28 days +/- 1 here or there), as is ovulation day etc (been tracking using NC for 1yr+).

Had Covid 8th-17th June (and usually ovulate on day 14-16 which would've been 15-17th June).

NC & basal temperature reckon I ovulated later on day 20 this month, which I've heard people mentioning if they've had Covid (stress on the body etc).

It's Friday (day 30 of my cycle) now and I'm not too concerned as NC thinks period is due on Monday. Interested to hear if anyone else's cycles/ ovulation days got delayed from having Covid?? Did they get back to normal?

Yes, for 3 cycles after but then it got back to "normal"

Yes it does mess with cycle, but bad flu can too.

Also seems to affect women on hrt; they think something to do with oestrogen receptors. Does settle though, only temporary.

Yes, the jabs did that too. I think ovulation dates went more haywire than the late periods, not at all standard.
