I have a feelings just under my breastbone, like a cramp or trapped gas. Unsure if this is Covid related or an unconnected potential ulcer.

It's quite usual for covid to cause heartburn. Have you tried gaviscon or omeprazole?

Yes on second day of Omeprazol plus wind settlers and Gaviscon! Also Halls Soothers, Lemsip Max capsules and Strepsils. Going to avoid taking any tomorrow apart from Omeprazol and Paracetemol and eat a stomach friendly diet to see if that helps as I think all that medication could be problematic on stomach. Possibly my worst symptom!

I found mine alternated between the pain you get when you really need the toilet (sorry if TMI) but wasn't helped by going to the toilet, and period pains (again without the period).

When I had covid in March, before I tested positive, I had the worst pain I have ever felt where you describe. I had to go to A+E as I thought it was my gallbladder. I had stomach (and assumed gallbladder) issues the whole time I had covid and for some weeks after. I've not had a scan yet, still waiting, but I've not had any further 'attacks' so I'm now starting to think, for me, it was a covid symptom.
I have covid again now and whilst I haven't had that awful pain, I've had tummy troubles again!

@Jules912 Yep - exactly the same here. Unpleasant and basically puts you off eating anything Confused

I get stomach issues on the daily as have Ibs so couldn’t tell you if covid caused any.
