Started shivering all over last night , hot and cold , woken up today with a terrible headache and lethargy- LTF negative though this morning- no sore throat or cough though- did anyone else start like this?

My husband started like this. He didn't test positive for a couple of days. He's fine now though

I started with a cough on Thursday afternoon, then developed a fever that evening. Last night I was shivering and couldn’t get warm. Negative tests both days.

tested positive today. Feel a bit better. No fever now. No appetite. Still coughing. Sneezing more too.

This was day two for me, I tested positive but just had a headache on the Monday and Tuesday morning. By 8pm Tuesday night I was fully dressed in bed with two duvets and still couldn’t stop shivering. Then came the most unbearable heat and sweats!

I really hope you feel better soon OP.

Please watch out for sepsis x

I've had this before (not Covid). Hope you feel better soon.

This is exactly how I started when I had Covid. My lft was negative aswell and this was the Saturday. I didn't test positive until the Tuesday. The shaking lasted overnight then was left with the lethargy and the awful headache.

Thanks all, sounds like it could be the dreaded covid then , I will do another LFT today but pretty much expecting it to be positive

I'm on day 5 it's changing symptoms everyday and shivers were early on. It's an unpleasant variant and anyone can catch it even with previous infection or vaccine.

Cooroo · 26/06/2022 20:37

I've had a shivery day (first full day) and tested negative at 3am and this afternoon. I guess I have to test again tomorrow. Sore throat, cough, general muzziness and temperature. Paracetamol is helping now.

mightyducks · 26/06/2022 22:08

Well I tested negative again today, starting to think it’s actually sinusitis! Very similar symptoms apparently
