How long from symptoms until positive test?

Hello, my in laws tested positive this morning and I spent Monday with them. I'm 18 weeks pregnant and my LFT came back negative today but this afternoon I've developed a headache and achy upper arms and neck, I'm just wondering how long it took people to test positive after symptoms started? Thank you.

I saw my parents on Saturday and they got positive tests one on Sunday and the other Monday. I had a sore throat from Monday and got hot and achy yesterday evening, but tested negative both days, now positive this afternoon!

Tested on Wednesday with symptoms - negative
Retested Thursday. Postive

48 hours for me

Tested a very faint positive the day my symptoms began but DH took a further 24hrs after the start of his symptoms. Gap between most likley contact and symptoms was 72 hours.

Symptoms started on the Monday but I didn't get a positive till the Thursday

Last time got a positive test immediately when I started to feel funny. This time took 2 days.

My daughter, symptoms Sunday, negative tests Sunday to Wednesday, felt better by Thursday and that's when she tested positive!

Started feeling cold and achy Weds night

positive test Thursday morning

but I didn’t test on the Wednesday so don’t know if I would have tested positive then

I had a faint positive line on the first day I felt a bit off. DH started with symptoms next day and he also ot a faint positive that same day
